Only 1 idea. Show exact time at resource on a PC that is in a different time zone from the resource.

You need two pieces of data: Time zone for output Time stamp to output and then you can output whatever time any computer thought it was, translated into local time. If this is not what you need, then I'm misunderstanding your spec. Please give specific data for what you expect to see. #11929 First ask yourself `How would I do this without a computer?'
