Password authentication does not work on Windows unless you are using Cygwin Perl or alternatively the Net::SSH2 backend: Net::SFTP::Foreign::Backend::Net_SSH2

Can u please suggest any other module to get files from one server to another server in perl??	[reply]

The easiest way to get that working is to install `plink` from the PuTTY distribution on the Windows machine and then tell Net::SFTP::Foreign to use it to connect to the Unix box. Read the module documentation for the details!	[reply] [d/l]
