Why guess? Click the link and find out ... Does it matter? You can use cpan also... or download the tarball yourself and do the Makefile.PL dance yourself

    I did click cpanp is not recognized. I'd be delighted if that worked, then activestate would no longer be needed

      If ActivePerl is not of your liking, install Strawberry Perl and have both cpan and cpanp available.
