If you can show some significant effort, however basic, I'm sure there are many monks about the place who would be glad to help you. If this is an academic assignment, please reconsider the advice offered by roboticus. If this is a work assignment, showing effort is all the more important, but we are still glad to help because we all need to work for a living!

It seems very strange that a boss would simply dump you in the swimming pool with such an assignment and give you no other help. Why don't you just ask him or her for help?
