Are you using Net::Telnet, Net::Telnet::Cisco, Net::Telnet::Wrapper, or yet another module?

Anyway, this "line wrap" seems to come not from the module but from the device. Perhaps it has an option to set the line length, or you could fiddle with the "terminal type"...

The software assumes you have a terminal screen that is 80 columns wide. If you have a width other than that, use the terminal width privileged EXEC command to set the width of your terminal.
