Are you going to make your Tk front end for Net::FTPSSL available on CPAN or in the Cool Uses For Perl Node?

That would be awesome!

Probably CUFP first, then maybe make it a module. But if it works as a monolithic script, why encapsulate it?

As to the question of whether Openssl supports Gnu TLS, does that mean that I have to have TLS installed when compiling OpenSSL? I have a good working Openssl v 1h built, but I didn't have TLS installed when compiling.

So once again, now I need to recompile OpenSSL with TLS enabled? Just to get my c based ftps programs working? Ahem, ahem... sems like a conspiracy to get people to just not use ftps.... now who could that be?

Perl just does it right, and all I needed was a simple install of Net::FTPSSL.

This all reminds me of that story posted a few days ago, about the soldier who won a medal, for using Perl to get things working in his operations. Nothing worked, but Perl did. :-)
