I don't see any login options at cqweb. It might also be my Japanese is very weak so I can't recognise it.
Moreover, LWP and WWW::Mechanize don't handle Javascript. Have you tried searching for similar questions?

Thank you so much for replying.
Currently i have access to a CQWeb server which happens to ask me to login and only then I can run a query.
I have broswed the web for 3 continous days for something to help me with this however couldnt find any scripts for cqweb in perl.

Maybe you noticed that some of the words in my previous reply are underlined, and potentially displayed in "blue".
Have you clicked these so-called "links"?
Did you search Google or DuckDuckGo?
What problems did you encounter when attempting the solutions described in the search results?

Have you read what the WWW::Mechanize documentation has to say about Javascript?
Have you investigated the alternatives? Mechanize turns up some results.

Howdy Pav, welcome to the Monastery! Unfortunately, your question's a bit too general to answer. What exactly do you want to do? What have you tried? What isn't working? And how much will you pay us per hour for writing your code for you? :)
Here's some tips and links on how to ask questions effectively (taken from my homenode):
