hljs is supposed to come from highlight.min.js, so if that js isn't loaded ... it probably shouldn't affect the dropdown menu stuff

I would look for more errors earlier than this one

That demo works for me. The total errors I get when reloading a page are: `window.controllers is deprecated. Yes, I didn't spot that - thanks. However, fixing it makes no difference to the fact that the drop downs unfortunately still don't work for me.	[reply]

Looks like you made a typo when copying the urls, like you didn't use download code link, like choroba say, soft hyphen character isn't allowed, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Url#List_of_allowed_URL_characters	[reply]
