Is this supposed to make sense? I studied the output for a little while, but could not understand it.

There is the output above. At first, I believe it to be the typical JAPH output, but the last "word" doesn't have enough letters to be "hacker".

    Shift each letter by 4 and you'll get

    J V S T   A N O T H E R   P E R L   E P O C H

    Which either has a typo, or is a tribute to ancient Roman carvings....

      Random trivia: In latin, there is no difference between V and U. All V looking things are really U's. (Yes, Iulius Caesar (pronounced Kaizar), did say ueni, uidi, uici. (weni, wedi, weki))
