This snippet of code will only work under Win32.
Wrote it on a quiet afternoon at work a few months back.
$_4_=60;$_5_=$_4_*60;$_6_=$_5_*24;$_8_=Win32::GetTickCount()/ 1000;$_1_=int($_8_/$_6_);$_3_=int(($_8_-$_1_*$_6_)/$_5_);$_2_ =int(($_8_-$_1_*$_6_-$_3_*$_5_)/$_4_);$_7_=int($_8_-$_1_*$_6_ -$_3_*$_5_-$_2_*$_4_);printf "Uptime %02dd:%02dh:%02dm:%02ds" ,$_1_,$_3_,$_2_,$_7_;

    Hmm, that's quite useful, particularly since the combo of windoze and a new usb cable modem mean that I get b.s.o.d. up the kazoo at the moment (actually, thanks to this affable genius it's the g.s.o.d.) so it's nice to have a slick way to monitor how long I've survived. Q: is an obfu that's useful really an obfu?

      I have no idea, I'm just in it for the steak knives.
