Plack and Session in singed cookies

basiliscos has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hello Monks!

I decided to try Kelp micro framework instead of Mojolicious.

Although, one feature I miss from Mojolicious, it is session in signed cookies . I wondering if there something like that available as Plack::Middleware?

Mojolicious::Sessions manages simple signed cookie based sessions for Mojolicious. All data gets serialized with Mojo::JSON and stored Base64 encoded on the client-side, but is protected from unwanted changes with a HMAC-SHA1 signature.
