What about entries in the event log? Might be Software Restriction Policies or Applocker. Both can disallow execution of binaries from user writable directories.

Sorry I misread the question, thought the processes are aborted. If it is "running"(crawling), maybe an Antivirus could be holding it up?	[reply]

Right, have eliminated this option to start with.Disabling the Windows Defender did not help me out..	[reply]
