That was exactly the point. Why should Rakudo be treated differently than PHP or Ruby? It's just another language inspired by Perl.

I dare say PHP in its very earliest days would have been tolerated here, as long as the volume was low, until it got its own community site(s). I reckon we are the only monastery ever to have a dungeon stuffed with 16,000 zombies.	[reply]

Come on, jdporter! I dare say ... would have been ... as long as ... until ... How many hypotheticals and subjunctives can you fit in one sentence?! If you want to justify your earlier deific pronouncement that Raku discussions will be welcome at Perlmonks by comparing it to other foreign languages inspired by Perl, citing PHP as an example, could you at least share one post where PHP was considered on-topic?
