Firstly you posted in the wrong section of the forum, Where should I post X? is linked to when you post.

"i have installed sequence alignment package in perl"

    Which package?

"and have installed needleman wunshsch algorithm module, but i am not able to access this module, please guide me about this context."

Again, not enough information to go on. If you expect people to spend time helping you at least explain your problem. Please read and understand How do I post a question effectively?.

If someone, reasonably-knowledgeable about the subject but reading only your post, cannot immediately determine what you did, in order to then deduce what you did wrong, then you’re probably not going to get the answer you are looking for.   For instance, exactly which package(s) did you install, and when you say that you are “not able to access this module,” which module are you talking about and exactly what (message(s)) are you seeing which cause you to conclude that “you are not able to access” it?

This site is fairly famous for providing excellent answers quickly ... but the questions have to be “answerable.”   Please read the suggested topics about “asking effectively,” and ask again (on this same thread).
