Have you watched the lightning talks from The Conference in the Cloud? There are always "we're hiring" ads in between the lightning talks. I just checked the YouTube Channel and unfortunately it seems that when they cut the streams into individual videos, they cut the ads out. But perhaps if you email the organizers, you might still get access to the original streams?
