You are 11 years behind. The /r needs 5.14, without it, you need to do

(my $lines = $runTest) =~ tr/,/\n/;
print {$out} $lines;
[download]

map{substr$_->[0],$_->[1]||0,1}[\*||{},3],[[]],[ref qr-1,-,-1],[{}],[sub{}^*ARGV,3]
