I can confirm what you're seeing: Day 1-10; Week 5-10; Month 1-10; Year 1-20.

I tried both of these URLs (logged in): https://www.perlmonks.org/?node=Best Nodes and https://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=9066.

I then tried changing the .org to .net and .com on both of those URLs: I was no longer logged in to any of those four URLs but the results were the same (i.e. Week 5-10).

I've no idea why this is happening nor how to fix.
