A text editor such as Notepad will not open the file, which I suspect is due to the IDX nature of the file (i.e, index file).	[reply]

Question: using "Windows Explorer", I see that the "file opens with Excel." Could that be the culprit?	[reply]

You would probably have problems reading it if it were an Excel file, but the error message says "file not found". BTW, Windows will say "Excel file" for any file having the CSV extension, regardless of the content.	[reply]

I thought I had replied to everyone, but must of missed one. Please know that I could NOT get this done without your help, no way. I am most grateful for the time you've dedicated to my issue, as I'm sure you have a lot better ways to spend your day.
