Try adding "C:" to the front of your filepaths (i.e. "C:/Volumes/EDGAR/..etc..")

Yup, that did it! Pgm seemed to run before without the C spec, but if that's what it takes to get 'er done, I'm on it. I am grateful for your time and patience. Apologize for wasting your time on such a trivial matter! :-)

The C spec does the trick! Seemed to work before without it, but if that's what it takes, I'm on it. Thank you!! I am grateful for your time and patience. Apologize for wasting your time! :-)
I was actually the first one to identify the problem and to give you this solution (yeah, only by a margin of 3 minutes, but still), but you are thanking only others. Oh, well, never mind.
To whoever downvoted my post just above: I might possibly have slightly overreacted in that post, but, tell me, is there anything wrong claiming credit for an idea I was the first to post here and is then attributed to others? Clearly, the monk that posted the same answer 3 minutes later than me had the same idea independently. This happens all the time. But can't you understand it is a bit frustrating? Well, this is really not that important, let's forget about it.
