You may be right; I don't have the Perl expertise nor the PerlMonks longevity to disagree with you.

For my own small portion of remaining sanity, I try to take people's opinions as they show up. If you tracked the stupid things I've said over the years, I'd look pretty bad. Lately, though, I've made an effort to think more and present well. Maybe I'm succeeding, maybe not. I would ask that each of us be given enough grace to have our words speak for us, no matter what someone may think of us personally. Even my ex-wife used to think I came up with decent ideas on occasion. :)

It wasn't always like this, during the heady days of 2008/2009, SunnyD managed to compose two centurian nodes (i.e. nodes with a reputation of 100+) namely:

... while the redoubtable LanX is yet to produce any centurian nodes. :)

Despite his domination of Worst Nodes, I've always found SunnyD to be much more entertaining than our most recent Worst Nodes pest bigup401 (easily the most boring monk I've ever seen post here).

        > ... while the redoubtable LanX

LOL ... "quantity" ne "quality" !

        > is yet to produce any centurian nodes. :)

        finally a goal left for 2021 ... ;)

Look, he is still free to post and everyone is free to reply to him.

Others like you already tried in the past.

And since you asked, I just wanted to share their experiences.

How dare you? Please disagree! ... I'm just YAF on this playground!
