Compile 5.34+ with -Dusedefaultstrict and you'll get strict everytime when running Perl (except for -e and -E oneliners). See perl5340delta.

map{substr$_->[0],$_->[1]||0,1}[\*||{},3],[[]],[ref qr-1,-,-1],[{}],[sub{}^*ARGV,3]

I believe the option was mostly added to let people try it and figure out how much of CPAN would break. (Likely a non-trivial amount.) Hire me at Toby Ink Ltd or Join my OnlyFans	[reply]
