The Windows subsystem for Linux is available on ARM as well (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nm8EM8d8xto).
You should be able to build a Perl from source without too much trouble, using the WSL.

This isn't native Windows ARM64 though. Cross compiling seems possible.	[reply]

Depends on what you mean by native. Most of Windows userland on ARM is actually running using a compatibility layer. Whereas the WSL linux is 100% ARM. holli You can lead your users to water, but alas, you cannot drown them.	[reply] [d/l]

I know that people are cross compiling for aarch64, FireFox example.	[reply]
