Have you tried https://github.com/shawnlaffan/perl-pp-autolink ?

I already tried to add to the file explicitly:
-a "C:\Strawberry\perl\vendor\lib\Mojo\resources;Mojo/resources"

with no effect. 
Any suggestion?

Where is the verbose output from pp showing what it did exactly?
