Pre Oracle v12.2 30 bytes was the limit, post v12.2 this is no longer the case. If you built DBD::Oracle against a pre v12.2 database and have since upgraded you should rebuild against the updated database/clients.     Hi Marto,

    Thank you for the revert. Oracle version i have is 19c, but driver i am using is ODBC and not DBD, could it be the issue.

      If you are using ODBC in windows ensure your Oracle driver is up to date. Update: I assume you don't experience this problem using sqlplus directly?
