.inputrc capability inside Perl debug not work

abdan has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Why suddenly a usually working .inputrc inside Perl interactive debug is not working right now as it keeps working on Bash
Please help out

You apparently don't have Term::ReadLine::Gnu installed. `map{substr$_->[0],$_->[1]\|\|0,1}[\\|\|{},3],[[]],[ref qr-1,-,-1],[{}],[sub{}^ARGV,3]`	[reply] [d/l]

is not working That's no where near a good enough problem statement. Isn't working how? The computer reboots? All of your files are erased? You don't get any output? You don't get the output you expect?	[reply]
