You don't show us any code using %lookup_F3 or any of the other variables. How do you expect us to help you?

Extend the code sample I gave you to reproduce the error and we may be ale to help. The error message tells you everything you need to know, but take particular note of did you forget to declare "my xxx"?. Look at where those variables are used and where they should be declared and initialized.
