Mind if I ask why you have those weird characters in the module name?

Correction, Business::Stripe::Subscription looks ok on mouse over, when clicked the URL bar has Business%3A%3AStripe%3A%3ASubscription. Has something changed with the code related to linking?

%3A is just URL-encoded version of : character. The forum has done that URL encoding for me for as long as I can remember.

I have never seen the LTR characters that Bod original asked about.

It's times like this I wish I had a screenshot, you have me doubting my sanity.

Ah! - so it isn't just my end...

Although I get the extra characters displayed on mouse over but that could be a variation of Browser. I'm using Chrome 114 on Windows 10 Pro.

Not just your side, it's something on the PM side. Same problem here, Firefox/Chrome, Linux.

FWIW I don't see this in the releases on cpan.

The module name is Business::Stripe::Subscription - the extra characters get added when I put a link in on PM...

The penny has dropped, apologise, you mean the browser URL bar renders differently. related.

I don't - they are being added somewhere...

        No - exactly!

When I link to that module on PM...PM is adding the extra characters.

It is only that module and only PM. And from what marto said in another post, it doesn't seem to affect everyone.

I type Business::Stripe::Subscription and the link I get is https://metacpan.org/pod/Business::Stripe::Subs%E2%80%8Ecrip%E2%80%8Etion
