Anyone know if Nicholas Clark's hash performance improvements described here made it in to perl v5.38.0?

Update: Oops, looks like they made it into perl v5.36.0 according to perl v5.36.0 changes (Performance Enhancements section) -- see also this github perldelta entry for new key behaviour for large hashes.
