Maybe you're trying to be funny or sarcastic, but this isn't how programming works. If there's a problem, you need to fully understand it, and only then you can be 100% sure it won't appear again. There's no luck, no magic, these are just postponing the disaster.
So, try to find out where the four warnings came from. We can help you if you can't find their source but can provide a SSCCE. Properly avoid the warnings, learning more about encodings in Perl along the way.
