Yes, I've received an RT ticket from Slaven on a few occasions - even going back to when I was receiving tester reports.
But just last week a report from cpantesters turned up in relation to a recent CPAN upload that recorded 4 FAIL reports.
Nothing since ... but I think there haven't been any failures since then,
