In June of 2022, Everything2 (our sister site) published their Everything2 Code of Conduct. I think it looks pretty good.

I also found the W3C Code of Conduct. Like many others, it addresses issues which aren't really applicable to a site like PerlMonks, e.g. face-to-face interactions.
