This site lets logged in users to apply whatever CSS they like to posts. For example, I see the code in your post with syntax highlighting on a background colour different to the one the normal text has.
map{substr$_->[0],$_->[1]||0,1}[\*||{},3],[[]],[ref qr-1,-,-1],[{}],[sub{}^*ARGV,3]

You and I seem to be in agreement that "a good answer" is better than "a bad answer", and that "a good answer" is better than "no answer". We seem to differ in comparing "a bad answer" to "no answer". Your recent posts found their way into Worst Nodes because most people here - or at least most of the people using their votes - disdain misleading answers and prefer to keep Perlmonks a site with good answers. | [reply] |

It's called trolling.
And many dislike this behavior and react with downvotes.

This page content just became more valuable because of my stupid post.
Don't flatter yourself. Your content gets downvoted because (a) it's mostly bad and (b) your attitude sucks. This site would better off without.
