The msg-author-link Send private /msg to XXX is the perfect spot to position that feature.

• private msg is anyway deactivated for anomonks
• the code implementing the Message Outbox just needs to be either cloned or special cased to handle anomonks.
• i.e out of the box a 2 click interface
• the node in question is automatically included
• it's self documenting since it has a documentation area at the bottom

If anyone is worried about the handful of new users who can't find the claim-button, highlight it till they reach level 10 or something...
