I had to look up what Openkore is, I'm sure others will also. If what I'm reading is correct you can write plugins in perl. It is best if you ask a specific question, or present a problem you're trying to solve. Asking generally if someone can "lend a hand" isn't very likely to get a what you'd consider to be a helpful response.
There should be documentaiton for plugin creation you should reference, or possibly example plugins you can study. For getting started with perl:
