It has now been over three months since I contacted the PAUSE admins. I don’t expect a reply at this point, but if anybody has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

That's very long indeed. You could try joining `irc.perl.org` and in the `#perl` or `#toolchain` or `#p5p` channel ask for somebody to help you.	[reply] [d/l] [select]
