This is one way to print 10 (or more) consecutive "goku" in a line: 
while (<DATA>) {
    print if /(?:goku){10}/i;
}

__DATA__
1 gokugokugokugokugokugokugokugokugokugoku
2 gokugokugokugokugokugoku
foo
