Wow. I don't even know what what to say except this...

If I were you I would start by telling Snap Surveys that their script has some serious issues and ask for a full refund (assuming you had to pay for it). Then I would hire someone to write a modern Perl script that did the same sort of thing.

    Well, that's good to know! I didn't have to pay for the script, but if I can't get it to work then I have to pay for their hosting services. :/
