Don't you think the bar chart shouldn't draw level 1?

Its full of spam accounts and the other levels become so tiny they can't be compared anymore.

Heh, but it does help it be "complete." I am more amused by the higher numbers for level 28 than 21, 23, 24, 25.	[reply]

Can still stay complete with a different bar. (other color or broken with ellipse ... ) Have seen this very often. ...
