but this error occurs even with working script on working machine,

I have tested by adding these lines on working machine and same error on browser.

please advice me how to fix these errors.

The best way to fix the errors is to use lexical variables instead of package globals. There's a tutorial on this in the monastery: Lexical vs. Package Variables (With a little local thrown in).	[reply]
