    Sorry in the interest of getting solution for my issue/question I have posted on Perl Guru. I will delete from Perl Guru now.

    But I like Perl Monks response is best as I experienced today.

      No, don't delete your other post(s). There is nothing wrong with cross-posting, we only ask you to kindly inform people that you did that, so that people don't spend time researching a problem that might have already been solved elsewhere on the Internet.
