Well, she isn't , so her constraints are her constraints, no sense in pretending they don't exist
What is your problem by the way? Are you allergic to good advice and best practices?
"good advice and best practices" that ignores the constraints is bad advice -- repeatedly saying "just upgrade" is very rude
