If this is for less than 2000 non-commercial runs a month, I'd probably sign up for the Wolfram/Alpha API.

Example: 2+3x+7(x+27)-6= 23x-45-(145+62-5)x

Dunno what their commercial rates are like. The fact that they don't publish them is probably a bad sign.
