Have you see Emacs::PDE - Perl Development Environment in emacs / Devel::PerlySense - IntelliSense for Perl

Thats where I'd think to look :)

    Thanks I saw them all, but I confused the two Japanese authors to be the same person (shame on me) and didn't look much into github.

    This project is utterly scary and fascinating if it does what I think it does. ... a live introspection of a running Perl program.
