stefp has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

In some part of French territory, our French Telco imposes on us a ECI USB ADSL modem unsupported on linux. The modem is bundled with the ADSL service. Ethernet modems are unavailable or at an outrageous price. A team is trying to write a driver but can't get from ECI the necessary documentation. We have set up a petition to ask ECI to give access to that team to the said documentation. To maximize the weight of this petition, I am about to propose to people who sign it to include in their home page a link to that petition and add as metainformation "ECI ADSL modem linux" and submit the said page to major research motors.

My question is: does it exist a Perl script that automates that task of page submission to research motors?
