Citation? Oh never mind, you are making all this up. It is an anecdote. Personal experience. Stop trolling please. I'm sure somewhere it has been done well, but not where I've seen it. It doesn't matter if it was developed by engineers, if it is being sold by marketing or management. That's the problem in my opinion. I think we need an engineer to sell it to engineers.	[reply]
