HI, With Win32::GUI - need to create a window with scroll bar , within a main window. This second window (child of a main window) will hold different buttons/checkboxes ,etc , and will have a scroll bar . Did not find so far any package in win32::GUI that will enable me to achieve the above. Help appreciated. thanks

    Warning: I haven't used Win32::GUI for years -- I don't even have it installed any more -- so I won't be of any use for ongoing support.

    What you probably want is Win32::GUI::Window->AddGroupBox(). You can then add your widgets inside of that.

      thanks, seems to look good. I have a vertical scroll bar, however it's inactive. Any ideas? thanks

        Clarify. A vertical (or horizontal) scrollbar attached to the main window or ...?

        And; do you want to remove it? Or activate it?

        Um. I warned you I probably can't help much further.

        But, You can control the addition of scrollbars to windows by specifying -hscroll => 0|1 and -vscroll => 0|1 when creating the control.

        If a scrollbar is being added without your requesting it and without you being able to turn it off using the above, then you're going to have to seek better guidance than I can give.

        Ditto, for how to control the scrollbar to do something useful.
