People would care a whole lot less about your style and whether or not you post code or not if your posts weren't misleading or just plain wrong so often and if you just kept quiet when you don't know what you're talking about.

People's reaction to you is only normal given your posting history; in fact you are the embarrassment. That will only change if you improve yourself.
