Re^2: Perl and Encrypted SAML Token

Hi,

Thanks for replying. We're able to extract the information from the SAML token but it's the actual decryption of the encrypted string that is causing us issues.

From what I have seen of things like NET::SAML they just allow you to manipulate the SAML, there is no encryption or decryption ability. I may easily be wrong though as although we've worked with Perl for years this is our first time of working with an encrypted SAML token. Are you aware of any SAML modules that include encryption and decryption abilities? Thanks.

I don't know anything about SAML. If https://metacpan.org/source/MANNI/Google-SAML-Response-0.14/t/004_keyhandling.t doesn't look relevant, then I'm all out of ideas :)	[reply]

I've looked at that module and it looks to me like it is being used for user authentication. The principles do like very similar though. Although I have got the values out of the token I suspect I am the same in that I don't know enough about SAML and the decryption. I shall have to keep looking and trying for the moment. I still suspect that perhaps I have the concept of decryption wrong... Thanks again for trying to help though.	[reply]
