update:Golfed down a bit: HTML::Rebase might suffice.

First thing that came to me as well was something `Rebase`. I like `HTML::LocalizeURLs` or `HTML::URLLocalize` as well. -stevieb	[reply] [d/l] [select]

"Localize" evokes the notion of Unicode & locale settings first to me, not knowing anything else (but I do know by now) about the module.	[reply]
