It might be obvious for you that your project is no vapor ware, but if repeating the same arguments over and over again doesn't convince people, you should consider taking advice.

No need to get personal about this.

Rolf, Thank you for your interest in RPerl. The only close-to-on-point comment made before yours was from Laurent_R, but nevertheless I've continued to make the effort to address each person's issues over the years, and I shall continue to do so now.
